Every business meeting here is customized for your particular occasion. No matter how many people, from 2 to 400, our conference center manager will handle every detail to create the ideal set-up conducive for success.

Meeting Area

All of our meeting rooms have been updated with complimentary Wi-Fi to make your meetings more efficient.  We can design any seating plan that will help you enhance your communication and maximize your time.  If you require classroom seating, theater style seating, or a customized layout, our staff will work with you to design the perfect layout.  Our variety of meeting rooms offer a perfect place to accommodate a small private group, or a large gathering for a public presentation. 

The Imperial Ballroom – Quincy’s most elegant ballroom and conference center. Accessible from a lower parking area, the ballroom has separate entrance areas as well as access from the hotel.  For corporate and social groups from 75 to 400, this is Quincy’s premier meeting and entertaining venue. Please inquire about the fabulous wedding packages for 200 to 400 guests offered in the Imperial Ballroom.

Mirrored Foyer – Right outside our ballroom, this is an elegant spot for pre-function social hours or a registration area for business events. This space is perfect for vendor booths and registration tables. 

The Den – A casual, informal atmosphere during the day, perfect for up to 30 people to mingle and talk. In the evening, The Den is our in-house lounge. 

The Landing – An open area on the second floor for impromptu gatherings up to 12 people.  

The Embassy – Well suited for groups up to 100 people, this room offers natural light, a variety of room set ups and audio visual equipment to make setting up your meeting or gathering a breeze. 

Room 141 – Ideal for smaller groups of 2 to 8 people.  Set with a large board room table and flatscreen television. 

The Regency – This private room can seat up to 40 people.  If a corporate board room space is needed, the location is convenient and discreet. Also perfect for bridal or baby showers.  

We offer a full line of audio/video equipment for your use, either with room rental or per item/per use, and of course, free wi-fi.

Catering & Beverage Service

We handle all catering and beverage services, including linens, and china service. From a simple free breakfast, a luncheon or a sit down dinner, it will be delicious! We also create seasonal food and beverage packages.
