What is the check-in/check-out process?

Ask about the hotel’s check-in/check-out process to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. Check in and check out times can differ from hotel to hotel. Make sure you know the times so you can avoid waiting for a room or being charged a late fee for a late checkout.

Check in time at our hotel is 3 p.m. or after, while check out time is 11 a.m. Late checkout is available so please phone our front desk receptionist to say that you will be needing a later checkout time.
