This is an exciting time for couples ready to begin their next adventure together. We know planning for your wedding can be stressful, so let us take some of the pressure off by answering commonly asked questions about our wedding reception venues.

How many guests can the reception hall hold?

Luckily, you have options! Our Grand Imperial ballroom can hold up to 350 guests and is the perfect setting for accommodating a large guest list. Medium-sized parties can be hosted in our Embassy room with space for up to 100 people. For a more intimate celebration, the Regency Room holds up to 40 guests at a time. Our smaller rooms are also great options for your bridal or couples showers.

Will a sound system be available for my DJ?

Yes! State-of-the-art audio and visual equipment is available for rent.

Do you offer set-up and tear down?

Absolutely. Our goal is to help make your day as easy as possible. We provide crisp linens (so you don’t have to worry about buying or renting your own), fine glassware, silverware, and china. You can expect elegance and the finest quality when you choose us to provide an unforgettable experience.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Of course! We encourage decorations to help turn our beautiful spaces into whatever theme or vision you have for your special day. We’ll do everything on our end to set up the space so you have time in advance to decorate for the reception.

Are food and drink included in your wedding packages?

Wedding packages and food options are customizable to fit your needs. However, all food and drinks must be catered through our hotel for events. Highly-skilled chefs are on-site to prepare a variety of dishes your guest will love. Food and dietary restrictions are strictly followed to ensure everyone has an enjoyable time. Bartenders are included in our beverage packages.

Do I need to put down a deposit to hold our date?

Yes, a $500 deposit is required for all packages to save your date. Our calendar fills up quickly, so the deposit ensures everything is in place for your special day. Since our wedding packages are customized on an as-needed amenity basis, we will work with you to decide a timeline for your remaining balance.

Can I reserve block rooms?

Wedding packages include the option to book a block of rooms at a special rate for reception guests. Rooms are limited at the special rate, but guests will have a selection of other beautiful rooms within our hotel once the block rooms have been reserved.
