For larger receptions, our Grand Imperial Ballroom can hold up to 350 guests. We also have the smaller Regency Room for couples looking for a more intimate setting. Whether you’re inviting a large guest list or a small group of family and friends, we have the space available to accommodate your entire party. 

As a premier hotel, we offer luxury and peace-of-mind with our wedding packages. We know your special day will be busy, so we provide all the services you’ll need for a beautiful wedding reception.

For example, catering and beverage services are available for purchase through our hotel. All food and drink options must be bought through our hotel so we can ensure the quality of these services. Bartenders are included in the beverage packages, and our catering packages offer a variety of different menu options. We will discuss which catering and beverage services work best for your needs after you’ve chosen your wedding reception package.

At Town & Country Inn and Suites, our staff works to provide you with the best experience possible. Along with providing state-of-the-art audio and video equipment, we do all of the set up and all of the tear down. We also provide crisp linens, fine glassware, silverware, and china. The only thing you have to worry about is bringing in your decorations. We understand that planning for the day can be stressful, so we’ll work alongside you, your wedding planner, or your florist to determine the best time for decoration set-up. Our goal is to make this process as easy for you as possible, so all you have to do is enjoy your special day.

Your guests will also be able to enjoy themselves and not worry about traveling home when they book one of our hotel rooms. Your wedding package will include the option to book a block of rooms at a special rate. While blocked rooms are limited, guests will still be able to reserve one of our other premier hotel room choices while rooms are available. 

Affordability is a priority for us at Town & Country Inn and Suites, and our payment plan reflects this, making it easy to budget for your dream reception. A $500 deposit is required when the wedding package’s contract is signed. We’ll then work with you to set a timeline for the remaining balance. 

Our experienced staff is trained to handle each event with professionalism and care. From setting the date to dancing to the final song at the end of the reception, we will support you every step of the way.
